We hear the phrase "time management" so often that many people feel stressed or annoyed just hearing it - usually because it comes packaged as another generic lecture on how to do things better. This session takes a different approach: instead of prescribing one-size-fits-all advice, it helps each participant identify their own specific "time pest" - the exact part of their system that's actually breaking down.
Participants will first learn the five core areas that make up effective time management: goal setting, prioritization, managing interruptions, action orientation, and scheduling. They'll then complete a short self-assessment to pinpoint which of these areas is their real weak spot - often not the one they assumed. From there, the session introduces targeted, practical tools matched to each area, so participants leave with strategies relevant to their actual struggle rather than a generic checklist.

The session closes with a workshop-style discussion where participants pair up, share their diagnostic results, and each commit to one concrete tool to try in the following week - turning individual insight into a shared, actionable strategy.
